A Mistweaver Monk Build optimized for Heroics healing emphasizing utility and health-through-damage. This Monk build utilizes a priority-based rotation of Renewing Mist and Blackout Kick to spread the Renewing Mist HOT and Serpent’s Zeal AOE heal and set up Soothing Mist buffed by Enveloping Mist as main tank heal. Leg Sweep and Power Strikes can be exchanged for Deadly Reach and Chi Brew if you primarily play as ranged healer.

The key to Mistweaver healing and the intention of this Mistweaver priority-rotation is to balance the use and generation of Chi to conserve and replenish Mana and maintain the Renewing Mist HOT and Serpent’s Zeal AOE Heal while interlacing Soothing Mist with Enveloping Mist and Surging Mist depending on needs.
Mistweaver Monk Healing Rotation/Priority:
Keep Renewing Mist HOT up
Use Thunder Focus Tea on cooldown
Use Soothing Mist with Enveloping Mist
Use Surging Mist when needed
Use Blackout Kick for Serpent’s Zeal (only if melee healing)
Use Uplift/Chi Wave if Chi capped
Use Mana Tea if Energy is low
Use Expel Harm/Jab/Crackling Jade Lightning if Energy capped
Use Spinning Crane Kick for AOE heal-through-damage
